THREE
ARRESTED AFTER UNDERCOVER DRUG BUST

PUMPKIN CENTER -- The
Lincolnton/Lincoln County Interagency Narcotics
Unit executed a search warrant at a north Lincoln
County residence, arresting three people. The
search warrant was executed last Wednesday night.

Officers seized 58 units of heroin packaged in
balloons for sale, numerous prescription drugs,
drug paraphernalia and cash. Arrested at the
residence was Joseph Howard Davis, 25, of Bob
Cook Road. He was charged with felony possession
with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver
heroin, felony maintaining a dwelling for a
controlled substance, felony trafficking of
hydrocodone and misdemeanor possession of drug
paraphernalia. He is in the Harven A. Crouse
Detention Center under a $136,000 secured bond.

While officers were conducting the search of the
home, two females arrived on the scene and were
taken into custody on drug charges. Christina
Hill Boliek, 30 of Wilkes Grove Church Road in
Hickory was charged with felony Possession with
the Intent to Manufacture a controlled substance
and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is in
jail under a $5,000 secured bond.

Collena Elaine Slusher, 27, of Max Smith Avenue
in Connelly Springs was charged with felony
possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor
possession of a controlled substance and
possession of drug paraphernalia. She was
released on a $6,500 secured bond.
